Erika Pareščienė - Co-working and event space manager. Erika is an event industry professional. Her previous experience includes organising private events in Germany and worldwide for foreign clients, and for creating exclusive world tours for many Lithuanian tourists. At her current position, she is charged with making every event organiser and visitor happy, and every event a success. She also loves to make startups feel right at home here in BHV.
BHV was found by Marius Pareščius; a well-known IT and security expert, Lithuanian serial entrepreneur, and an IT-counselor to the Lithuanian Parliament. Being one of Lithuania's IT-pioneers and the managing director of Lithuanian Cluster Association, Marius shares his expertise by mentoring startups from Lithuania, the CIS and the European Union, participating in industry workgroups within the EU Institutions, and speaking at various industry conferences worldwide.
